Bryce Harper is on the cover of Sports Illustrated‘s latest issue, arriving in mailboxes across the country today. He is the cover model for the 2013 Spring Training edition, and is pictured posing on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. You can see the full cover below :

This is the second time that Bryce has graced the cover of SI in his young career, and once again he is profiled by Tom Verducci. You may remember his famous cover debut from 2009, when he first entered the consciousness of most fans at the age of 16 :

Of course Bryce was not yet Nationals property at that point, which means this SI cover also marks the second time the Nationals franchise has been pictured on the cover. In June of 2010, Stephen Strasburg made the cover after his amazing Major League debut :
